Tea That Can Boost Your Immunity Against Coronavirus

usually, whenever we get infected by cold, flu, sore throat takes a lot of time to get on normal sometimes take more than some weeks that disturb our normal life. By taking this tea u can naturally recover yourself in 1 day completely and in severe condition take a maximum of 3 days.

How it can boost your immunity against Corona Virus?

All the ingredients included in this tea has strong antiviral properties that make a strong effect on your immune system which will save u from all type of viral infection. In case of infection will heal your body very quickly in a magical way without leaving any type of side effects on your body.

Basic Ingredients for 1 cup of Tea:
  1. Ginger (Zingiber officinale):1 inch of ginger
  2. : 1 clove
  3. Cinnamon(Cinnamomum verum): 1 stick
  4. Star Anise(Illicium verum):1 star
  5. Cardamom(Elettaria cardamomum): 2 crushed
  6. Moringaoilfera: Add some fresh or dry leaves if available
  7. Peppermint(Mentha × piperita) : Add some fresh leaves if not available u can use dry too.
    Black tea leaves (optional)
  8. Eucalyptus(Eucalyptus globulus): Add some dry leaves  use fresh if available

Note: If u are missing some ingredients at home please don’t worry about It use what you have.

preparation Method:

take 1 and a half cup of water and put all of the ingredients

Boil all ingredients & let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Strain & take warm

You may add pure raw honey

Note: If your infection attack is very severe take this immune-boosting tea after every 2 hours otherwise use it daily 3 times a day
